well mom, today has been such a great day. we woke up early and went to the temple. going to the temple is such a blessing. i usually wake up really tired every morning haha but today, even though we woke up at 530, i jumped out of bed and was so excited! its been way too long since i have gone to remember my covenants. us 6 in the office went with elder salvador. thank you for sending that package with things for him! i want him to come to our house at home so he can meet you and dad.
We went to the temple today and it was EXACTLY what i needed! i love the temple :)
this week my eyes were opened about repentance. i love seeing people that have changes in their heart and decide to act upon their faith. what a blessing it is to have the Atonement to be able to repent and be forgiven. i know that all of us are always able to repent no matter what sin we have committed and that God is always willing to forgive us and forget everything. i love seeing people recognize Gods love and later change because of what they felt. a scripture i read this week really impacted me in alma 13:25 where it says ´´i wish from the inmost part of my heart, yea, with great anxiety even unto pain, that ye would hearken unto my words. i know that God yearns to see us repent every day and turn our hearts back to him and choose His way. and i testify that the gospel is the only way to be truly and eternally happy. i also want to testify of bradys words that he wrote this week and add my own testimony about the book of mormon. i know that it is the word of God and that in it there are living words. they are living words because if we understand and then later apply them, they will change our life and help us recognize the good that is present in our lives. i love preaching the gospel and i love our Savior Jesus Christ more than i can express in words. in the name of Jesus Christ amen

wow what an empty house! that is really cool that abby went to san diego for youth conference! this week was so great dad. i just went to the temple today and i am so so happy after going. i love how i feel in there and the spiritual impressions i get. i think ill wait to tell it to you until we are in the temple though haha. i as well feel that im always trying to fight my natural man. i love reading the book of mormon to receive revelation from Heavenly Father. im in alma right now and i cannot believe how inspired this book is. im so glad i have a testimony. ive realized that thanks to you and mom i have never once in my life doubted that all of this was true. and here on my mission i have learned to actually strive to strengthen my testimony and pray in faith. dad i cant wait to be with you again and spend time with you and mom. i feel that i have changed a lot so when i get home, ill be on the same page as you and we´ll just get closer and closer. i am thankful for who you are and for every sacrifice you make for me and our family. have a great week!
