hey momma! so first, CHILE WON!!! first time ever! haha and man it was loud for like 2 hours after! everyone was just blowing that horn thing forever! it was fun. but we just sat in the house and did nothing hahah. we got so bored, then i had a genius idea to order pizza. so we did! it was amazing ahaha. our week was super boring bc we were just in the house all day long for elder deckers feet. but now its over with! things are good! so on sunday we got a guy from haiti to come to church! and he is solid! i always love when investigators come on fastsunday bc then they hear testimony after testimony its so great! his name is phaño and he actually is progressing a lot! he works at a chinese restaurant haha.
hmm...not much happened this week. i kinda miss having a dryer to dry clothes. thats something i took for granted. it takes like 3 days for my pants to dry! haha but no worries i am figuring it out. oh today im going to my diabetes doctor! that should make you happy:) itll be good. oh yesterday it rained for the first time! i used my umbrella! it was fun! and yesterday we showed up to a inactive members house and they are putting up a little house for his cousins that are from el salvador and so we helped him finish putting the roof on! and they are mormon sooooo we are going to visit them! thats happening tomorrow i think. our buddy juan pablo is the man. right now he is studying preach my gospel hahahah i love him. he loves the bom [Book of Mormon]. our sector is doing pretty good! time is flying as usual and im happy! the funniest thing happened the other day, our old couple in the ward that just got sealed, his name is santiago and he is just the happiest sweetest guy ive ever met. he turned around in his house and saw himself in the mirror and freaked out! hahah he didnt recognize himself. it was so funny. they are the nicest people ever. and luisa has the most faith ive ever seen. she refuses to miss church despite that she cant really walk and she gets sick a lot. they are a great example to me:) im reading in 3 nephi right now and it is so amazing! Christs words are so powerful. i love when he says that we cant serve 2 masters. we need to choose who we are going to serve! thats important! have fun at trek mom! i love you!!!!
