This past week i as well have been loving my studies in the book of mormon. i am trying to finish it before i go home. right now im in helaman 4. i cannot express how much love i feel from God when i read and ponder its message. growing up i never dedicated much time to read and study the bom [Book Of Mormon]. but lately im happier than i have ever been in my life and i know its because i have learned to love the scriptures.
my week was great! i felt like it started out kinda slow with mission work. we were being diligent and working hard but the results werent as great as i wanted. but then saturday was a day full of miracles!! we found so many people that day and taught tons of lessons! and we still finished the week well. more than anything i feel that Heavenly Father is happy with our work and i feel like we are helping a lot of people. its a great feeling. im going to do this for the rest of my life.
every wednesday its really funny bc there is this recent convert that doesnt even live in the ward or the mission, but for some reason we met and now he takes the metro up to parque ohiggins to go on divisiones with us. its great bc with 3 men we can enter any house even though there arent males in there and its great with the conversion of our investigators. haha this dude is really weird but i actually really like him! his name is mario o. haha ill send some pics that he sent me. but anyways my week has been great. today we went to the office to have elder salvador clean my toes and cut the nail a bit bc i have problems hahah but its not bad at all. more of a prevention thing. but then we ate with elder manning and elder mcdermott. I LOVE THEM haha. i miss being in the office with them.
