Santa Lucia with the Zone
Hey mom!! another good week has occurred. hahaha. David is doing good! i think he will be baptized in like 6 months bc chile is TERRIBLE with their registro civil. everything here goes on strike, schools, buses, other things... hahaha but dont worry im not complaining, im smiling! life is good! [We asked Colton if he thinks his mission president will allow him to go back to the area to baptize David and he said, "I do believe that, yes."]
this week we had the coolest lesson with a family. the spirit was so, so, so strong and everything went so smoothly in the lesson! teaching is a lot of fun. i love it. and i like talking to people too. haha so yeah im obsessed with my dog jack bc i just found a mini purse that's in the shape of HIS HEAD hahahahaha i bought it today.
we had stake conference here in los cerrillos this week. it was fantastic. the stake pres is such a great man. he said, "obedience is a lot better than experience." i loved that. that applies to everything we do. (also thinking of mosiah 2:41) obedience is an important law that is from God. and we are so much happier when we are obedient and live with his laws:). my testimony was strengthened being there.
so yeah, this week im pretty sure its my last. we have belen and Isabelle that will be getting baptized on sunday now, but they are doing great!! miracles happen when we show faith, be obedient and submit ourselves to Gods will. im happy:).
today we went to santa lucia, its a little hill over in downtown santiago. with the zone, it was great! im gonna be sad to leave my zone bc i have so many friends here. so yeah it'll be a really good week! oh and yes they dress up for halloween, im going to be a missionary! im pretty excited about it haha. Stay classy San Diego! [It's from a movie, we have no idea what he is talking about!]
