Goodmorning San Diego! [huh?] Today is a great day, we found a place that sells A&W Root beer!! haha my comp and elder deckers comp do not like it, but we are in heaven right now. And papa johns is doing a deal for cheapish pizza! so yeah we ate really good today. its nice having pday, and this sounds weird, but i actually love cleaning. [This mom will be framing that last sentence]. having a clean house makes me feel at peace<3.
so my week was pretty interesting......a
freaking dog bit me twice! it was really chill and came up to us and i started
petting it, then we were talking to this woman at her front door and she
rejected us hard core, and then i was walking away and the dog bit my leg and
then my butt! it happened really fast haha but no worries i am ok. my pants are
ruined though, that sucked. yesterday we went up to santiago to get rabies shots
and it was actually super easy! but i
have to get 4 more shots! in our sector, we have found this
part where almost everybody is nice and they listen to us and they are just
great people! we have several new investigators from last week so that makes me
happy:) the days are going by so dang fast, its insane. and now the heat is
back and i miss the cold! haha. this summer is going to be really hot! oh and I AM SO HAPPY
FOR CAMILLE. that is the coolest thing ever!! (eh!) haha thats sad that her and
gregg wont see each other for a long time! …the week was a good week. ha, sorry
i feel like i say that every week. ok to answer your questions:
How is training going?
its going good. its
honestly pretty stressful because i have to do almost everything and he asks me
probably 9000 questions a day, but other than that, it is good! i like it!
What do you like about it and what have you
learned?
i am learning to be
more responsible for lots of things and i feel like i know how to take care of
myself and other things a lot better haha
Are you taking
pictures?
honestly, it is so
stressful trying to send pictures, when I get home we can talk through and analyze my pictures haha.
What food do you miss the most?
honestly i dont want
to think about food to much haha. but tears do come when i think about the milk
back home
Do you buy peanut butter?
i was buying it but i
got sick of spending 6 dollars for a little jar. haha so not really
Does your speaker still work?
yes that thing is a
blessing. i love love love that speaker!
Do you want more music? church talks?
just send me TONS of
music. like variations of hymns sung by beautiful voices. i have the 150 song
track memorized perfectly haha. also put on every version of come thou fount that you can find
Did you buy new shoes?
elder decker is a good
pal and sold me his shoes for 20 bucks. he never used them bc they hurt his
feet. but they are great for me!
