Week #88, June 25, 2016

Hello family!! 

this week has been fantastic. yes i killed elder farah in the airport! it was a sad moment! haha no not really its only a couple months. i am sad that he isnt in the mission though. this week that comes is going to be so busy! president barreiros goes home and pres woodward arrives on friday!!! crazy huh. 

a miracle happened this past week too! so rodrigos mom has changed completely and now wants to be baptized! i love that family so much. my testimony has grown so much seeing the their conversion. i remember that she didnt want anything to do with the gospel and didnt believe in prophets or anything! and now she has had a change of heart and im so happy!

im writing a litte bit earlier today because president barreiros invited us 5 in the office to eat lunch in his house! i cant wait! us 5 are best friends we have a great time. 

ha mom i really dont know what more to say, i feel like every week is the same! and talking about what we do in the office is really boring. 

haha im really happy and i am so grateful for my mission. i cant imagine where i would be if i hadnt decided to serve a mission. what i was saying earlier about italia, i really believe that everyone has the power to change. Satans lie is that you have gone too far that there is no way back. and Christs doctrine is completely different. Everyone has the opportunity to repent and ´return to God´. im thankful that ive come to know and feel that.

Hey Dad!! do you want to hear something funny? steve powell sent me an email reminding me to go to the father and sons campout, i wasnt able to go sorry hahah. that sounds like a lot of fun taking the horses there! i feel bad for dave, i hope everything turns out well for him. i imagine he will move back to utah then? 

I am on the same page with you! im very excited for all the things we will do together when i get back! Hermana Barreiros taught me something that i like, she says its ok to look forward to going home, you just have to keep working. i feel like im giving it my all to the Lord on my mission. i am progressing in many ways and i feel myself being more converted to him. im coming over weaknesses and trials ive had my whole life and im learning a lot here. im very happy lately:)

i cant believe you guys are already going to alaska! i hope you enjoy it a lot.
